Do you suffer often from low back pain? Low back pain can be caused by many factors. In the infographics I've provided an easy to follow, 3-steps method to help you reduce low back pain. It has worked with my clients who suffer from the same issue

1️⃣ Hip Flexor Stretch because it can be generally tight & pulls your hip out of place
✅Keep an upright body during the stretch & squeeze your butt
✅Stretch for 30 seconds each leg

2️⃣ Single Leg Glute Bridge to wake up the sleeping (under-active) muscle making your low-back work harder (low-back aches)
✅Lie on floor, lift your hips up & down
✅Drive with your heels & squeeze your butt at the top (10 reps each leg)

3️⃣Engage your core with Dead Bug so it can support you instead of overworking your low-back
✅Lie on floor, start with arms on top of shoulder & knees on top of hips
✅Extend your legs out (1 feet off the floor) alternately & keep back flat on the ground the whole time (10 reps each leg)

It only take up 3-5 min to complete; you can do this everyday anytime anywhere or as part of warm up or cool down in your training
